Our Relational Intradependence:

 

The focus of this ongoing process group will be upon developing the relationships that emerge between us: the individual dyads, the formation and transformation of subgroups, and development of the group as a whole.

 

Usually, the focus of practice groups is upon the individual mastering of the skills necessary to grow competence, which will allow you to take the practices offered with you into the rest of your life once the training is over.

 

Even when these skills are learned and practiced in partnership with another, the focus of the group is rarely on the relationship between the practicing partners, and even more rarely upon the relationships with and between the other members of the group, or of the group with itself as a whole.

 

Our intention in this group is to use practices like listening and focusing to support and enhance the relationships between us, as an ongoing practical proving ground.
